About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Establish and expand trust-based relationships with care delivery region leaders through proactive engagement and expert strategic counsel.
  • Contribute to and execute integrated communications strategies to advance region and broader OH business priorities.
  • Execute integrated communications and visibility plans, activities, and events to support and advance region priorities.
  • Assess opportunities to foster connectivity and ensure alignment with OH business priorities and enterprise interests.
  • Provide strategic counsel to individual care delivery organizations to advance local communications and reputation priorities.
  • Engage in priority issues and assist in the tactical execution of strategic initiatives with an emphasis on deliverables, timelines, metrics, and budgets.
  • Partner across the communications organization to optimize existing channels and tools to strengthen employee understanding of company strategy and culture.
  • Develop and execute an engagement strategy that amplifies the positive impact of OH in improving access to quality care.
  • Manage issues and crisis communications at the local level, collaborating with business partners to respond effectively.
  • Write and develop content tailored to specific medium and audience requirements, adapting style and tone as needed.
  • Enforce quality standards to ensure high-quality work products, including all written materials and messaging.
  • Analyze data from communications campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead communications professionals in delivering strategic priorities that deepen employee connection to the business.
  • Provide support and coaching to communications team members through expert guidance and mentorship.
