About The Position
Arundel Federal Savings Bank is seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Lending to lead and grow our commercial lending portfolio while strengthening long‑term business relationships in our community. This executive‑level role offers the opportunity to drive commercial loan and deposit growth, lead a high‑performing lending team, and partner with senior leadership to shape the Bank’s strategic direction. Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive, proven commercial lending leadership experience
- Strong credit, underwriting, and relationship‑management expertise
- A strategic mindset with a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style
Responsibilities
- Lead the Bank’s commercial lending strategy and portfolio growth
- Build and deepen relationships with business owners and community partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop a successful team of commercial lending professionals
- Collaborate with executive leadership and the Board on long‑term growth initiatives
- Balance portfolio growth with credit quality, and regulatory excellence
