Requirements

10+ years in gaming, product strategy, or technology commercialization.
Proven experience connecting technical development to commercial performance.
Strong collaboration with studio and product teams.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead through influence, not direct authority.

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced technical/business degree.
Experience with specialty gaming markets (Class II, CDS, or HHR).
Background in both B2B product strategy and B2C player experience.
Familiarity with innovation pipeline management or R&D strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead product and platform innovation strategy across Class II, CDS, and HHR.
Translate market, player, and operator needs into actionable product requirements.
Manage the Commercial Insights Manager; set analytical priorities and integrate insights into product strategy.
Partner with studios, product management, and technology to define and deliver enabling features and capabilities.
Oversee specialty-market innovation pipeline, including cross-platform content and new cabinet concepts.
Validate innovation and platform investments through market performance data and operator feedback.
