About The Position

Agfa HealthCare, a division of the Agfa-Gevaert Group, is focused on providing best-of-suite Imaging IT software solutions for healthcare professionals globally. The position is for a senior-level professional who acts as a strategic financial business partner, developing financial programs for closing large-scale, strategic deals with hospitals or health systems. This role involves managing contract negotiations to support business growth and profitability, aligning financial strategy with business objectives, and developing financial sales programs.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial models, contracting, and pricing in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
  • Ability to identify potential contractual risks and develop strategies to address them.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, industry regulations, and financial principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in drafting and reviewing complex sales documents.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze contracts and assess business implications.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's in finance or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment with multiple decision-makers.
  • Experience developing complex financial programs and closing large-scale deals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial sales programs and contracting models to facilitate complex deals with hospitals and health systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Design sales commission plans to incentivize high sales performance and align with business financial growth objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with clients and third parties to finalize commercial agreements.
  • Identify the financial objectives of clients and design financial solutions that best position Agfa HealthCare.
  • Assist sales professionals with the development of competitive and profitable proposals.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, sales, and procurement teams to align contract terms with broader business objectives.
