KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY Based at the Pleasanton, CA site or Austin TX, the Global Head of Commercial Excellence will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive market execution, demand generation, and sales force effectiveness. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer engagement through strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to DVP, Commercial Americas, this role will be expected to work closely with the marketing, sales, & global partners. This role is considered critical to ensuring business strategy is executed effectively in the Commercial space and business model and marketing assumptions are evaluated and adjusted based on sales performance and Field force feedback. WHAT YOU’LL DO Market Execution & Demand Generation • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive demand and support sales force effectiveness. • Ensure successful product launches and sustained market relevance through impactful messaging, tools, and campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize ROI. • Collaborate with sales leadership to align field execution with strategic objectives. Customer Insights & Sales Engagement • Gather and analyze customer insights to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages. • Partner with sales teams to translate field intelligence into actionable marketing strategies. • Support training and enablement initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across the organization. Cross-Functional Launch & Lifecycle Management • Collaborate with upstream marketing, R&D, regulatory, and supply chain to ensure seamless product launches and lifecycle strategies. • Manage pricing, positioning, and competitiveness throughout the product lifecycle. • Lead post-launch performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Market Access & Commercial Strategy • Partner with Health Economics and Commercial Excellence teams to align market access strategies with commercial goals. • Drive initiatives that enhance reimbursement, access, and adoption of HF technologies. Leadership & Organizational Development • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on commercial training, sales effectiveness, and leadership development. • Build and implement development programs for Territory Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinical Specialists. • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
