Montgomery College has an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Collective Impact. This is a grade 35, non-bargaining, exempt position. This position is located at Central Services, Rockville. This is a temporary position with benefits funded through June 30, 2026. Employment continuation beyond this point is contingent upon need and funding. The Director of Collective Impact (Director) is an administrative position responsible for overseeing and facilitating the work of the Collective Impact Institute (CII) at Montgomery College. The Director works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuity between the activities facilitated by the Collective Impact Institute and the College’s Transformational Aspirations of Access, Completion, and Post-Completion Success, and strategic plan goals. The Director serves on internal committees and leads cross-functional strategic projects as directed by the Associate Vice President for Advancement and Community Engagement (ASVP).
