About the position

At Soccer Shots, our goal is simple: to be the premier intro-to-soccer program in the Colorado Springs area and to do so in such a way that it leaves a lasting impact on the youth we serve. Soccer Shots works with preschools, daycares, elementary schools, and parks throughout the Colorado Springs area. We offer a quality, high-energy soccer program with curriculum-based instruction presented in a FUN way! Our creative curriculum emphasizes soccer skills as well as character development, which transcends the game itself. Soccer Shots COS is looking for a Director to help lead and grow our program. You will work alongside our owner and DOP to continue growing and improving Soccer Shots in the community we serve.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all duties related to the operation of Soccer Shots
• Hire, train, and manage a staff of coaches
• Meet weekly, seasonal, and annual goals
• Promote and market our program prior to each season
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners
• Adhere to all company policies and represent Soccer Shots with professionalism and integrity
• Coach HIGH energy and FUN soccer classes
• Attend community events to help grow our program

Requirements

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Experience in hiring and managing staff
• Sales and marketing skills

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in youth sports coaching
• Background in education or child development
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies
