Role Overview: The primary role of the Director of Club Services is to fill in at Clubs during leadership gaps due to vacancies, vacations, and/ or other extenuating circumstances, and to manage the growth and development of our Assistant Clubhouse/Site Directors and Art Director group. Programmatically, we expect this position to oversee BGCSF special initiatives and take the lead on cultivating new program innovations and ideas. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week during the school year and summer.
