About The Position
Couchbase is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Cloud Architecture and Professional Services – Americas to lead our team of Cloud Architects and Solution Architects across America. This leader will be accountable for delivering outstanding services engagements that drive customer success, adoption, and expansion of Couchbase's enterprise-class NoSQL and cloud database platform. You will own services execution and delivery across the region, working closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to ensure Couchbase customers achieve rapid time to value and long-term outcomes. This role combines team leadership, enterprise architecture experience, operational discipline, and a passion for enabling customers in complex environments.
