About The Position
The Williamsport Home is seeking an LPN for a full-time Director of Clinical Wellness position. This position is primarily Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm with an on-call rotation. This position supports the Personal Care Home Administrator with the day-to-day operations of the personal care home. To include- following up with resident and family inquiries, assisting staff with questions and scheduling concerns and scheduling appointments for residents.
Requirements
- LPN required
- minimum 1 year long term care experience required

- Personal care home experience a plus
