About The Position

Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team in Maricopa County. Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted RN License in AZ
  • Minimum 2 years of home healthcare experience (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of nurse management or leadership experience in home health (required)
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, OASIS, PPS , and home care operations
  • Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
  • Excellent computer and documentation skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all office clinical operations, including patient assessments, care planning, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations, and payer requirements.
  • Maintain quality and adequacy of nursing practices and patient care services.
  • Oversee communication among clinical staff, patients, families, and referral sources.
  • Participate in agency performance improvement and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for field nurses as needed (SOC, ROC, discharge visits, etc.).
  • Lead, coach, and mentor clinical staff to promote excellence in care and teamwork.
