The Clinical Supervisor (CS) will provide leadership and oversight for the Community Family Resource Center (CFRC), ensuring high-quality program delivery, compliance with contractual obligations, and strong stakeholder relationships. This role is responsible for handling the clinical oversight related to the contract, developing and implementing services/programs at the CFRC, and cultivating and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders. The CS will assist with oversight of Case Managers, Community Engagement Specialists, and Administrative Coordinators and must uphold the integrity of all CFRC programs and services. The CFRC Clinical Supervisor will/be: Provide clinical supervision to all counseling staff/interns and their programs, may sign off on hours for staff pursuing BBS licensure. Provide weekly clinical group supervision to paraprofessional counseling staff. Responsible for the performance and activities of all staff and program services. This includes providing regular supervision to program staff and assistance with crisis-related issues; facilitate open communication and regular team meetings. Supervise and support Case Managers in implementing a multi-faceted family engagement service delivery system that strengthens family wellbeing and access to resources. Review clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, Up Front Assessments, etc.) Oversee Case Managers in conducting needs assessments, creating service plans, making referrals/linkages, and ensuring warm handoffs to appropriate providers. Supervise the Community Engagement Specialist (CES) in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen family and community connections. Represent the CFRC in community meetings, coalitions, and events to expand awareness and support. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and Program Managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of services and documentation. Collaborate with schools, community-based organizations, health providers, and government agencies to strengthen service coordination. Monitor the fulfillment of the contracts and be responsible for overall auditing of contracts, including accurate documentation of all service activities, preparation of periodic contract reports, and compliance with all contract requirements in accordance with Federal, State, County, City and agency guidelines. Attending and supporting all County Department and program related external meetings. Oversee training and cross-training programs for all new employees and ongoing in-service training for all staff delivering services under this Contract. Performs other duties as assigned. Provide clinical supervision at multiple sites.
