About The Position

Kids Thrive is currently seeking an experienced Director to work in a Pediatric Day Treatment Program providing care and treatment to clients ages 3 to 10. Previous experience working with children is preferred. With a focus on both group and individual services, our dedicated professionals provide a safe and nurturing environment where young minds can flourish. As parents, we see the potential in our little ones, from the youngest age. As they grow, we endeavor to instill the life skills needed to lead a balanced and productive life. Oftentimes however, our environment, genetics or trauma, threaten that growth. It is then that we must envelop our littles ones with a robust therapeutic environment, to foster those vital skills. Much like the caterpillar, tethered to the ground, yearning to transform into a butterfly, it must be nurtured in a cocoon until it is ready to emerge into its full potential. At Kids Thrive, we create a safe and therapeutic cocoon, surrounding each child with an intensive degree of individual treatment sessions and group therapy, enabling the child to assist each child with building relationships, repairing regulation, and improving their behaviors. Requirements

Education: Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
Independent Licensure in the State of Ohio with supervisor designation (LISW-S, LPCC-S)
Previous experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accountable for creating an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the organizations mission, vision, and values.
Operational management of clinical and non-clinical departments including but not limited to: Intake, Business Development, Quality, Finance, Clinical Services, Regulatory Affairs that effectively drive patient care outcomes.
Ensure quality metrics are achieved through sound clinical processes following accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines.
Develop positive relationships with local industry, local government, potential key health care providers, and the public.
Contribute to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts.
