About The Position

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the administrative and leadership associated with all clinical operations of the home health agency. Additionally, this individual is involved in maintaining compliance with all home health care licensing regulations and the performance improvement program and CHAP accreditation. Pediatech Nursing provides RN and LPN extended hours of nursing in the homes of children and young adults with special health care needs. Pediatech Nursing’s philosophy is to embrace and encourage an organizational culture that emphasizes the welfare and safety of the child first.

Requirements

BSN/BAN or higher education in nursing
Valid RN in the state of Minnesota
Pediatric and young adult nursing experience
2 years of Home Care experience

Responsibilities

Management of the agency clinical department and Clinical Nurse Managers
Ensure appropriate staff supervision and clinical during all service hours
Staff development including orientation, in-service education and continuing education
Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction of client served
Incident Management/Issue Resolution
Collaborate with the Staffing, scheduling, HR and financial departments to maintain the best quality services and reach company goals
Maintain the current performance improvement program and develop periodic new measures
Monitor employee progress towards established goals throughout the year and ending with an annual evaluation
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Maintain and update policies and procedures in alignment with regulations and quality of care goals
Perform other duties as assigned
