About The Position

Oversees Counselors, Mental Health Therapists and Discharge Coordination. Maintains relationships with community referral sources and resources. Ensures consistent discharge planning, removing barriers. Implements hospital-approved programs consistently. Provides oversight to therapists, offering feedback. Ensures professional standards in interventions. Attends regular treatment team meetings. Actively participates in survey activities (TJC, Medicare, licensing). Coordinates performance improvement and monthly reporting. Participates in the complaint resolution process. Collaborates with the leadership team on hospital operations. Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree
  • Must be 21yrs or older.
  • Licensed as an LSW, LISW, LPCC or LMFT.
  • Social Services.
