About The Position
The Director of the Clinical PMO (cPMO) will serve as a strategic and operational leader for clinical project execution supporting the Watchman, Electrophysiology, and Cardiac Rhythm Management/Diagnostics division. This individual will oversee a team of project and portfolio managers who support the clinical study teams with excellence in schedule, risk, and budget management, while ensuring timely PMA submissions and regulatory milestones are delivered on time with high quality. This role is critical in driving the maturity and strategic value of project and portfolio management in a clinical study setting. The Director must act as a change agent-advocating for project management fundamentals in all areas while embedding best practices across cross-functional teams. This role will foster strong collaboration with peer leaders across the clinical department to ensure project management principles are deeply integrated into all aspects of clinical execution, strategic planning, and decision-making.
