Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory and administrator experience as a Registered Nurse in a Medicare certified home health agency
  • Maintains Licensure/Registration in good standing in the state(s) in which he/she currently practices.
  • Current driver’s license.
  • Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Must meet clinical requirements in the practicing state.
  • Must meet all agency requirements for pre- employment as required by the company and/or State regulations

Responsibilities

  • Support coordinators and Clinical Supervisors with ongoing guidance to enhance the quality of h ome health care provided by the team
  • Analyze operational data to identify census trends and volume changes that may affect staffing, revenue, or expenses
  • Lead QAPI initiatives by facilitating quarterly quality improvement meetings, reviewing key data (e.g., infections, outcomes, satisfaction, complaints), identifying trends, and driving corrective actions
  • Oversee internal and external audits and surveys related to clinical quality, ensuring timely resolution of any identified deficiencies
  • Develop, propose, and implement policies and procedures to guide operations and ensure consistency ; s upport the creation and refinement of organizational goals
  • Manage the upkeep of patient clinical records, data, and reports to support evaluation and organizational reporting activities
