About The Position
A Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) manages the day to day operations of the BACH service delivery systems (satellite and mobile health clinics, school health services, etc). Key objectives for the DCO involves aligning workflow practices with business goals, driving growth, managing risks, and fostering profitability. They strategize and implement plans that meet BACH performance objectives while effectively managing potential challenges. The DCO is responsible for scheduling staff to ensure provider support and overseeing care teams and other clinical support staff's productivity to meet BACH's expectations. The DCO participates in implementing policies and procedures, facilitating further training as necessary. The DCO must regularly assess the performance of the care teams, HCAs, and other clinical support staff and mainstream processes when possible.
