Lamun- Lusk- Sanchez TSVH is seeking a Director of Clinical Education to lead training and development initiatives while driving exceptional clinical standards in our community. Your Role & Impact: As the Director of Clinical Education , you will play a vital role in creating a premier healthcare environment by: ✔ Designing, implementing, and evaluating staff education programs , including general orientation and skills training . ✔ Identifying training needs and ensuring compliance by serving on the QAPI Committee . ✔ Supporting continuous quality improvement and elevating clinical performance. ✔ Mentoring and developing nursing staff to uphold the highest standards of patient-centered care .
Requirements
- Current and valid Texas RN license .
- A commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and clinical excellence .
- A passion for building strong teams and enhancing patient outcomes .
Nice To Haves
- Previous nurse education and leadership experience in skilled nursing (preferred) .
