The Chicago School is hiring a Director of Clinical Education to serve as a critical leader in assisting in developing and maintaining clinical training for IllinoisCOM students in the 3rd and 4th years of medical education. The Director role offers a unique opportunity to lead the integration of clinical experiences and academic rigor, ensuring the development of competent, compassionate, and patient-centered physicians. Responsible for managing partner relationships, overseeing clinical rotation quality, and ensuring accreditation compliance, the Director will navigate affiliation agreements, expand clinical rotation opportunities, supervise administrative staff, and develop educational programs for students. This pivotal role requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain current agreements and ensure alignment with clinical education goals. This is initially a hybrid role but will shift to being in-person full-time at our Chicago campus beginning April 1, 2026. Travel to support clinical site development, program management, and accreditation activities is required and can vary in frequency as these activities vary throughout the year. The Director will report to the Senior Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs.
