Centerfield is seeking a senior Client Success leader to join our Home Services organization and drive revenue growth, client performance, and long-term partnership success. This role is responsible for overseeing a large and complex portfolio of strategic clients and plays a critical role in shaping how Client Success delivers value at scale. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute growth strategies that expand client programs and strengthen long-term relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. In this role, you will own a book of business totaling approximately one hundred million dollars in annual revenue while leading and developing a team of Managers and Senior Managers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, and help define the standards, processes, and operating models that enable Client Success to scale effectively as Centerfield continues to grow.
