About The Position

Blanchard is seeking a high-performing Director of Client Solutions to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing Small Medium Business (SMB) accounts. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives at building relationships, developing strategic opportunities, and driving results.

Requirements

  • Proven track record (minimum three years) of closing sales, acquiring clients, managing a territory, and exceeding quotas.
  • Self-motivated hunter with a relentless drive to generate new business.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to complex customer needs.
  • Strong cold-calling and time management skills with the ability to present solutions in a clear, professional manner both in-person and virtually.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure, change, and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • A trusted advisor who builds lasting relationships and delivers on commitments.
  • Strong written, and virtual presentation skills
  • Listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with internal associates
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skill
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous record of attaining and exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated success selling to new and existing accounts
  • Experience growing customer accounts over a long period of time
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM System
  • Excellent Business Acumen

Responsibilities

  • Drive significant revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas by generating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Expand business within existing accounts by selling additional solutions and/or through additional buying departments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and business leaders.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new clients.
  • Drive revenue by leveraging the Marketplace (eStore) for existing and new accounts.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to capture new market opportunities.
  • Effectively manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
