About The Position

Tabush Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to own and scale our Client Services function. The Director of Client Services will lead and develop our team of Client Managers (vCTOs), ensuring they consistently operate as trusted strategic advisors and build strong relationships with our clients’ key decision-makers. This role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and strategic impact of our advisory engagement, ensuring clients receive clear technology direction, well-defined roadmaps, and outcomes that support their business objectives, cultivating long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT services or professional services environments, with at least 3 years leading client-facing teams within an MSP or similar organization.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading senior advisors or strategic client managers.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage with senior leadership teams in standard and heightened situations.
  • Deep understanding of IT strategy, infrastructure lifecycle planning, and cybersecurity governance.
  • Proven ability to establish standards, accountability frameworks, and performance metrics across a client services function.
  • Demonstrated success in strengthening long-term client relationships and driving retention through strategic advisory.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical needs into business solutions.
  • High emotional intelligence and sound judgment in navigating complex client relationships.
  • Structured, process-oriented mindset with comfort operating within accountability systems such as EOS.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Services Strategy: Partner with Executive Leadership to evolve and scale the client services function in support of Tabush’s growth. Define, own, and drive key performance indicators tied to client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Elevate the Tabush vCTO model: Continuously refine and enhance the standards and processes that define the Tabush client services experience. Ensure consistent, high-quality strategic guidance across all our clients and maintain engagement.
  • Lead and develop Client Managers (vCTOs): Coach and mentor Client Managers to operate as confident strategic advisors with a client first approach. Provide performance feedback, establish clear standards of accountability, and foster continuous professional development within the team.
  • Strengthening client relationships: Ensure durable, trust-based relationships are established and maintained with key client decision-makers. Support Client Managers in navigating complex strategic discussions and maintain involvement in this capacity with the firm’s most complex and high-impact clients.
  • Client Services cross collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Technical Services, Cloud Services, and Professional Services leadership to ensure continuity between strategic advisory, technical implementation, and overall client experience.
