About The Position
Association Headquarters is searching for a Director of Client Services and Engagement- Non-Profit & Associations. The Director has two primary responsibilities: leading and managing the assigned Account Executives to ensure the delivery of exceptional client services and engagement, and managing client relationships for the clients overseen by the Account Executives. This includes developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth while ensuring alignment with company goals. The Director will also act as a primary relationship manager for key clients, providing proactive solutions, and serving in interim Account Executive roles as needed.
