About The Position

The Director of Client Growth is a highly skilled leader responsible for establishing and driving Welby Health’s client growth operations. In this position, you will own the full post-sale lifecycle across implementation success, enrollment performance, patient and provider engagement strategy, and long-term client retention and expansion. As the Director of Client Growth at Welby Health, you will oversee the full client lifecycle from implementation through long-term program performance, ensuring clients achieve strong enrollment outcomes and sustained clinical and financial value. Furthermore, you will drive revenue growth per customer by improving enrollment conversion, provider adoption, patient engagement, and program utilization across Welby Health’s remote physiological monitoring and chronic care management programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a closely related healthcare or business field
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in client success, healthcare operations, implementation, growth strategy, or a closely related leadership role
  • Prior experience in digital health, remote physiological monitoring, chronic care management, or provider-based healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated success driving enrollment conversion, patient engagement, and measurable growth outcomes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build, scale, and align operational teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and operational metrics
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerBI, Looker, or Excel
  • Ability to execute cross-functionally with discipline, accountability, and independence
  • Capacity to represent the organization in executive-level client engagements, including on-site strategy sessions and implementation oversight as needed

Responsibilities

  • Own client growth strategy across Welby Health’s client portfolio, with accountability for increasing revenue per customer
  • Drive expansion through increased patient penetration, stronger program utilization, and consistent performance across programs
  • Partner with with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Establish consistent client operating cadences, including quarterly business reviews, performance reviews, and success planning, and ensure performance accountability
  • Build scalable playbooks and frameworks that ensure consistent client execution and outcomes
  • Own enrollment capture performance and conversion outcomes across clients, and improve eligible-to-enrolled conversion rates while reducing time-to-activation
  • Standardize enrollment processes across accounts and partner with provider offices to improve enrollment readiness and workflow integration
  • Design patient engagement strategies that increase activation, adherence, and ongoing utilization, and improve communication workflows to reduce drop-off and strengthen sustained participation
  • Define provider engagement strategies to strengthen adoption, improve program trust, and increase patient referrals, and create scalable enablement materials that reduce burden on clinical teams
  • Own implementation execution to ensure new clients launch efficiently and achieve value quickly, and establish implementation readiness frameworks, onboarding workflows, and launch playbooks
  • Ensure clean handoffs from implementation into long-term client growth ownership and reduce time-to-value across client launches
  • Track and report key performance metrics across enrollment, engagement, utilization, implementation, and expansion
  • Build dashboards and reporting that support executive visibility into client performance and growth drivers, and use performance data to identify gaps and drive corrective action
  • Partner closely with Clinical Operations, Product and Technology, and Finance to improve execution and scalability
  • Identify operational friction points and drive resolution through process improvement, automation, and team alignment
  • Develop repeatable operating systems that improve execution consistency and reduce reliance on individual effort across the organization
