The Director of Client Development, Ascend orchestrates agile, rapid‑response teams that deliver a bespoke, concierge‑style experience for high-net-worth opportunities. This person will coordinate across senior stakeholders, ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track, and interface directly with prospects to provide a white‑glove journey from first conversation through proposal and close. The role partners closely with Client Development, Executive and Market leadership, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Consulting, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to activate the right team, prepare complex proposals, and customize the client development process to what the prospect needs. The Director of Client Development, Ascend drives consistency and excellence across multiple concurrent teams, creating a seamless experience end‑to‑end.
