About The Position

Osborn Engineering is seeking a Director of Civil Engineering for our Florida offices. This unique opportunity requires a well-established leader interested in growing and directing an established Site-Civil team in St. Petersburg with an opportunity to expand our footprint across the State of Florida. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead the team while partnering with our strong client base on both public and private sector engineering projects. This position could be based out of any of our Florida offices including Orlando, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Deerfield Beach and Cape Canaveral. Osborn is a fully integrated multi-disciplined design firm that uses a specialized team approach to engineering projects. These teams are comprised of a staff of more than 350+ professionals that provide designs for all phases of a wide range of projects. Osborn has specialists in civil, transportation, water resources, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety, technology engineering, and commissioning. Requirements

BS in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineering license required.
15+ years of Civil design experience.
Strong leadership capabilities.
Broad civil engineering expertise and an understanding of basic FLA permitting requirements.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
