About The Position
The Children's Director/Minister is responsible for administering a program of Christian education that is biblically based to minister to the changing needs of the children and families of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. The Children's Director/Minister will provide direction, goal setting, administration, evaluation and planning of the Children's ministry. Alongside the Senior Pastor, the Children's Director/Minister will serve as the Team Lead to provide spiritual leadership, a strategic vision and administrative oversight for the children's ministry.
