Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• 2+ years experience running and operating a large childcare center (experience in starting a ground up school is preferred).

• Proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Experience in strategic planning within an educational setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering growth and development.
• Ability to educate and mentor staff members for professional advancement.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within an educational context.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities to support the educational mission.
