Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience in the B2B channel preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the CDW business model, sales motion, and culture is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing channel partner relationships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies and executing through indirect sales.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM software (SalesForce.com preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and travel within assigned geographic territory (up to 50% of the time).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive contact and strategic leader for the CDW partnership.
  • Lead a sales team and grow the revenue of our B2B display portfolio, including digital signage, LED, desktop monitors, HTV, and software and solutions.
  • Own and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the CDW account through effective sales planning, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at CDW, including executive leadership, sales leaders, and category managers.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans with CDW that align with Samsung’s sales priorities, product launches, and marketing strategies.
  • Partner closely with Samsung product teams, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance to support CDW with the tools, training, and programs needed to succeed.
  • Drive execution of joint marketing campaigns, sales incentives, and enablement programs to increase Samsung's share of wallet at CDW.
  • Analyze sell-through performance, identify gaps or opportunities, and use data-driven insights to align strategy and execution.
  • Oversee alignment between Samsung and CDW field sales teams across regions to drive co-selling initiatives and end-user engagement.
