About The Position

A large acute care hospital in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Director of Case Management to lead hospital-wide case management operations. This leadership role oversees Care Coordination, Social Work, and Chaplain Services while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and effective discharge planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• Active RN, LCSW, or LMSW license (Required)
• 3+ years of acute care hospital case management experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in case management
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (Preferred)
• Experience building physician and community relationships preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Case Management department
• Manage staffing, FTE allocation, onboarding, and team development
• Lead Care Coordination and Discharge Planning processes
• Monitor department performance and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with executive leadership, physicians, and support services
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Supervise approximately 110 FTEs, including Managers and Supervisors
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation as needed
