About The Position
As a member of the FSU Center for Student Experience & Career Development, the Director of Career Development supervises all aspects of Career Services at Framingham State University. Responsibilities include the planning, implementation and administration of comprehensive career development programs for students and alumni. The Director is responsible for oversight of developing, enhancing, and maintaining partnerships with major employers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and, specifically, in the MetroWest Region in order to facilitate internship and career opportunities for Framingham State University students and alumni. This is a forward-facing position working directly with students, faculty and staff while creating a strong community network of employers and community members to support the work.
