About The Position
The Director of Career and Technical Education (CTE) oversees and enhances districtwide CTE programs by providing strategic planning, budget management, personnel supervision, and professional development. This position ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, fosters partnerships to align programs with workforce trends, and supports dual enrollment opportunities. Additional responsibilities include workforce development in collaboration with regional economic organizations, managing dual enrollment for staff and students, rebranding and marketing the District's NOVA program and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance career-aligned education. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Director plays a pivotal role in shaping innovative educational opportunities across the district.
