About The Position

Director of Capture, North America (U.S. Navy Vertical) Are you ready to influence the future of naval communications? We are looking for a strategic hunter to lead our expansion within the U.S. Navy market. In this role, you will take ownership of our portfolio of TRL-9 tactical SATCOM solutions, driving their adoption across mission-critical naval operational units and defense programs. This is a position for a leader who thrives in complex defense acquisition environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to DoD program offices and key prime contractors, aligning our advanced, low-SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) communications technology with the real-world operational needs of the fleet. If you have a deep understanding of Navy procurement and a track record of closing high-stakes defense opportunities, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience working with Navy procurement
• a Bachelor's degree
• U.S. Citizenship

• Previous military or operational service is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead all business development and sales activities across the Navy segment in North America.
• Drive Strategy : Develop and execute high-impact strategies to expand our footprint within critical naval commands, ensuring our technology provides the edge in contested environments.
• Build Influence : Cultivate lasting relationships with acquisition stakeholders and industry partners to secure long-term program wins for mission-critical connectivity.
