Director of Capital Markets / Strategic Funding Lead
About The Position
Dale Kietzman University (DKU) and the African Academy of Christian Leadership (AACL) are high-growth institutions currently executing a $13M expansion into specialized residential facilities in Montecito, CA. With a debt-free balance sheet and proven $1M+ annual revenue, we are scaling our infrastructure through our recruitment arm, RecruitUSA. The Role: We are seeking an execution-focused professional to lead our short-term capital requirements. The immediate priority is the placement of a $500k fast-track bridge facility to support our current acquisition timeline, followed by the management of our long-term institutional credit relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record in securing bridge loans, private credit, or SBLC-backed funding.
- Ability to interface with high-net-worth individuals and Tier 1 banking institutions.
- Deep understanding of pro-forma modeling and debt-service coverage ratios (DSCR).
- Strict Requirement: All professional strategy and communication must be in English.
