About The Position
The Director of Campaign and Organizing at Dignity and Power Now (DPN) is a senior leadership role focused on building and managing high-performing teams, designing and leading strategic campaigns, and organizing efforts to drive impactful change in the political landscape. This position is integral to the organization's mission of advocating for the dignity and power of incarcerated individuals and their communities, while challenging the prison industrial complex. The Director will work closely with the Executive Directors to co-develop and implement the vision for DPN campaigns, ensuring alignment with abolitionist and movement-building goals.
