About The Position

The Director of Cage & Credit plays a critical leadership role in leading the daily operations of the casino cage, ensuring the accurate and compliant management of financial transactions. This position is key in maintaining operational excellence, fostering a culture of professionalism and integrity, and ensuring the safety and security of both assets and guests. This role will lead a high-performing team, promote guest-first service, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including Title 31, SAR, and CTRC compliance, while driving continuous improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field required.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in casino cage operations, with at least five (5) years in a leadership or management role required.
  • Three (3) years of technical hands-on experience with TRM's preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the casino cage, ensuring efficient and accurate service to guests while managing cash, chips, and other financial transactions.
  • Lead all aspects of casino credit operations, including granting, suspending, or denying credit in accordance with regulatory guidelines and Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel policies.
  • Ensure full compliance with Title 31, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Currency Transaction Reporting Compliance (CTRC), and other regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, integrity, and a guest-first mentality within the Cage and Credit teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the compliance/Title 31 team, security, and other departments to ensure alignment and adherence to regulations and policies.
  • Ensure the protection of casino assets by maintaining strong internal controls and security procedures to prevent losses.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Cage and Credit departments, including budget oversight, cost control, and profitability.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels in the Cage and Credit departments to ensure smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success and growth of Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.
