The Optum Bank Director of Business Systems Analysis is a strategic role designed to drive the successful launch and ongoing optimization of the Bank’s core and lending platforms. This role is central to advancing the discipline of Business Systems and Business Architecture, which is fundamental to shaping the organization’s vision and operational effectiveness. The Director is responsible for architecting and aligning organizational structure, business processes, information flows, and technology infrastructure to create seamless integration and enable scalable growth. By providing strategic oversight and expert guidance, the Director ensures that the Bank’s systems and processes are cohesive, resilient, and responsive to evolving business needs. This role will continue to evolve over time and this position will have the opportunity lead that direction. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
