This role will focus on increasing operational performance, and driving implementation of new and refined business processes, based on Lean and continuous improvement principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5-8+ years in a project and people management role with Business Process and Continuous Improvement experience, preferably in a Medical Technology Industry.
  • Experience with Customer Experience programs, KPI’s, Process Improvement, Process/Workflow documentation.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.
  • A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Higher is preferred.
  • PMP certification or ability to achieve within 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Work in alignment with the organization to enhance the identification, prioritization, design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as expert and champion of process methodology to maximize project throughput and productivity.
  • Lead in analyzing the organization's key performance indicators and processes to identify improvement potential and provide information and analysis on business impact.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 business process excellence professionals, managing multiple projects, communicating updates, and meeting milestones in a timely fashion.
  • Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.
  • Provide leadership for training initiatives across the project management and customer supply chain organization.
  • Responsible for process documentation and analysis; root cause analysis; analyzing data for trends; and bringing together cross-functional teams to solve problems.
