• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Diversified background with more than 5 years of experience in tech business operations
• 3-5 years of experience in the Energy space

Responsibilities

• Contribute to corporate strategy.
• Direct and support business team leads to ensure that they are motivated and trained to succeed.
• Develop and implement process documentation.
• Track overall company performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Ensure operations-related activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Support the setup and integration of new projects.
