The Director of Business Operations provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the COO and the senior leadership team in shaping the operational strategy and driving execution across the business. You will have the ability to make a significant impact on the organization’s growth, efficiency, and culture, ensuring alignment between business operations and strategic goals. This position serves as a trusted advisor and partner, working closely with the COO to manage and execute the organization’s priorities. The Director of Business Operations ensures alignment between the COO and business units and ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the COO’s organization. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.
