About The Position
Based in Cleveland, OH, the Director of Business Intelligence & Strategy will lead our BI Reporting / Analytics function across Flynn Group's seven iconic brands. Reporting to the VP of Business Insights & Marketing, they will be a key thought partner in developing a test & learn center of excellence, evaluating financial ROI for large-scale business decisions, supporting intuitive visualizations in Power BI, and generating insights that move our business forward. This role has high visibility across the organization and direct access to senior leadership within the brands and C-suite of Flynn Group.
