The position involves working closely with the Regional Director to identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors within Georgia and the Carolinas. The role requires managing multiple Business Development Representatives and assisting in the growth of younger employees within the industry. The candidate will work with the team to identify targets and goals for each individual, maintain relationships with architects, owners, engineers, and others outside the company, and protect the existing revenue base by servicing and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the role includes assisting Marketing in preparing formal presentations, participating in proposals and pitches, and providing input to firm-wide strategic business development efforts. The candidate will also need to maintain current knowledge of market conditions and actively promote the company through various affiliations and community participation.
