Position Overview: Are you a dynamic professional eager to drive business growth and build meaningful partnerships? As the Director of Business Development, you will take a leading role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with Brokers, Consultants, and Clients across your designated region. In this high-impact position, you’ll champion long-term success by forging new alliances and strengthening existing connections—all while advancing TrueScripts’ mission and business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with Client success, Operations, and Executive Leadership, amplifying our market presence and elevating brand awareness. Preferred candidates will be located on the eastern part of the country, such as Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York, or nearby.
