The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth through the identification and development of new products, customer segments, vendor programs, and margin expansion opportunities. This role requires close partnership with the VP, Operations, National Accounts Director, Director, International Procurement, and branch leadership to ensure that growth initiatives are practical, executable, and scalable at the branch level.
