Together, we combine social-first creativity with deep marketplace expertise to drive real, scalable impact. We’re looking for a Director of Business Development to join our growing team and serve as the front line of growth for LiveCraft. In this role, you’ll focus on opening doors for the agency - identifying new opportunities, building meaningful relationships with prospective clients, and bringing warm, qualified leads to our team to pursue and close. You thrive out in the world: meeting prospects, attending events, nurturing connections, and representing the LiveCraft brand with confidence and authenticity. You’ll also partner closely with LiveCraft leadership and our parent agency, Podean, to quarterback inbound inquiries, craft compelling proposals, negotiate scopes, and close new business.posals, negotiating scopes, and closing new clients.
