About The Position

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive regional growth across our Environmental Due Diligence service line, with primary responsibility for the New England and Mid-Atlantic markets. This role is hyper-focused on expanding new business tied to environmental risk assessments that support commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, and portfolio management throughout this high-activity region. This position serves as the face of Bureau Veritas’ environmental due diligence services across New England and the Mid-Atlantic, deepening relationships with lenders, equity partners, owners, developers, brokers, and legal advisors. The Director of Business Development will position Bureau Veritas as a trusted partner for high-quality, defensible environmental reporting that keeps deals moving and risks transparent. This is a true growth role—strategic, relationship-driven, and territory-minded. If you understand how deals move in Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC—and where environmental risk enters the conversation—you’ll thrive here. Bureau Veritas supports commercial real estate and infrastructure transactions by delivering environmental assessments that help stakeholders understand, manage, and mitigate risk. Our services inform underwriting, investment decisions, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset strategies for clients with regional and national portfolios, with a strong and growing presence throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic.
