The position involves working closely with the Regional Director to identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors within Georgia and the Carolinas. The role requires managing multiple Business Development Representatives in these regions and assisting in the growth of younger employees within the industry. The successful candidate will work with the team to identify targets and goals for each individual, maintain relationships with architects, owners, engineers, and other external stakeholders, and protect the existing revenue base by servicing and maintaining client relationships. Additionally, the role includes assisting Marketing in researching and preparing formal presentations, participating in the Go-no-Go process, and providing input to firm-wide strategic business development efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of market conditions and actively promoting the company through various industry affiliations and community participation.
