The position involves working closely with the Regional Director to identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors within Georgia and the Carolinas. The role requires managing multiple Business Development Representatives in these regions and assisting in the growth of younger employees within the industry. The candidate will work with the team to identify targets and goals for each individual, maintain relationships with architects, owners, engineers, and other external stakeholders through periodic interactions, and establish rapport with prospects to develop effective marketing strategies. Additionally, the role includes protecting the existing revenue base by servicing and maintaining client relationships, assisting Marketing in preparing formal presentations, participating in the Go-no-Go process, and providing input to firm-wide strategic business development efforts. The candidate will also need to maintain current knowledge of market conditions, promote the company through industry affiliations and community participation, monitor marketing effectiveness, and maintain/update the CRM database.
