About The Position

Jump-start your career as a(an) Director of Business Development today with South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers. This position is responsible for creating business development, growth, marketing, and public relations strategies for the company as it contemplates adding, growing, or enhancing existing programs and services. The Director will assess and develop business plans, marketing plans, and marketing collateral, as well as public relations tactics for new and existing programs and services. In this role, you will work closely with the STRIC Executive Team and key leaders to identify growth opportunities and facilitate positive and cooperative business interactions with key stakeholders in the target market. You will research and assess the market for opportunities to expand existing programs and services or add new ones. Your responsibilities will include designing focused, effective plans that support and enhance the STRIC brand and all imaging products and service line areas, directing a well-organized approach for all business development activities, and leading the implementation of these activities within the imaging centers and support services areas. Additionally, you will manage the development of business development strategy and objectives, develop and implement an annual plan for service line growth, and collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales to facilitate growth strategies through the Physician Representatives. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing collateral and education pieces for external and internal programs, creating and developing analytics to track business development activities, and gathering healthcare market intelligence in the primary market of the facility to assist in strategy development relative to market opportunities.
